Just before 1500hrs, CVFC was alerted for an MVC on the parking lot of Warwick Mushrooms, Worsell Manor Road. Rescue 1 and Ambo 191 arrived to find a pickup vs a forklift with one injuried. MSP Trooper 1 made the response and transported the patient to Baltimore Shock Trauma.
